Yoga Dance Flow

This yoga flow is a fun workout that mixes the beauty of music and movement. You will connect each movement and flow while you increase mindfulness, flexibility, and build strength. A totally fun, low-impact, full-body workout.

mommy & me yoga flow

It is a fun and relaxing way to stretch one's body while bonding with our little one. These are a set of simple supine, sitting, and standing postures that are done with a focus on the comfort of the child and the mother. All ages are welcome.

gentle yoga flow

Gentle yoga description: In gentle yoga, the movement is slow, each movement is linked with breath, and we enter into the postures gradually—moving in and out of each pose first, and then finding a holding position. This preparation and fluid entry into postures protects and nurtures the joints, muscles, and connective tissue.

This class is perfect for older adults, pregnant moms, or new moms.

Wind down yoga flow

This is our grounding, relaxation yoga flow. Wind Down means to draw gradually toward an end. This flow is geared towards the end of the week to ease our minds from the stress of the work week and help our transition into the weekend with a clear mind. This flow will include meditations, mindful breathing, and fluid positions. Sound bowls are introduced to assist with deep relaxation and improved body awareness.

A wildly addictive cardio dance class based on the hottest pop and hip hop music. The workout is nonstop with repetitive athletic moves and fresh dance steps, so you get the best sweat. WERQ Instructors build a playlist based on trendsetting pop and hip hop music.

This Full Body class relies on creative movements and is form focused. This class will challenge your body in an effective, safe, and creative format. Each circuit is choreographed to work specific muscles building on strength to become stronger and more powerful. Light to medium weights. Can also use just body weight.

define & sculpt

It's a muscle-toning class that focuses on building core strength. Our body sculpting classes use exercise bands, resistance bands, and weights to help you achieve your fitness goals. Once you commit to body sculpting classes, you'll start to see the end result – newly toned or sculpted muscles.

pilates

This mat-based Pilates workout focuses on core strength, flexibility, balance, and overall body awareness.
